7c779 — Slots, Crash Games and Live Tables, Ready When You Are

From Registration to Your First Lobby Session — How It Works

Getting your account to the point where you can open a game involves a short sequence of steps, and each one is shown on screen with clear field labels rather than requiring outside knowledge. Start on the account registration page — the form asks for your email address, a password you set yourself, and basic account details.

1. Step 1 — Create Your Account

Open the registration page and complete the fields shown: email address, password and account details. Every required field is labelled on screen. Submit the form to trigger the confirmation email — check your inbox and your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes of registration.

2. Step 2 — Confirm Your Email

The confirmation email contains a single link. Clicking it activates your account and redirects you to the login screen. This step ties your email address to the account permanently — use an address you actively check, since account recovery and payment notifications are sent to it.

3. Step 3 — Log In and Reach the Lobby

After email confirmation, log in with the credentials you set during registration. The lobby loads with your wallet at the top and the game category rail below. You can browse all categories and open game info screens at this stage without a deposit — a wallet balance is needed only when you choose to start a real-money round.

4. Step 4 — Deposit via Rocket or Bank Transfer

Open the cashier from the header icon. Select your payment method — Rocket or Bank Transfer — and follow the transfer steps shown on the deposit screen. The fields display the amount limits and any instructions specific to that payment rail. Your wallet balance updates once the transaction is confirmed on the payment provider's side.

5. Step 5 — Start Your Session

With a confirmed wallet balance, tap any game in the lobby to open it. The game loads within the lobby frame on mobile without leaving the page. Your balance is shown in the game interface and in the account header simultaneously, so you can track your wallet without returning to the cashier between rounds.

Support Channels for Your Account and Wallet Questions

When something in your account needs attention — a deposit that has not reflected, a login issue or a wallet verification question — the support team is reachable through the channels shown on the contact page inside your account.

• Live Chat

Live chat is available from the account dashboard when the channel is active. Open the chat widget from the support icon in the header. For wallet questions — including Rocket deposits or Bank Transfer confirmations — have the transaction reference ready before you start the conversation. The reference number is in your cashier transaction history and speeds up the investigation significantly.

• Email Support

Email support handles account-level queries that need documentation — identity verification questions, dispute records and Bank Transfer reference checks. Send from the email address registered to your account so the support team can locate your record without a separate verification step. Include the transaction reference or round ID relevant to your query in the subject line for faster routing.

• Account Self-Service

Many account questions do not require contacting support. Password resets, email updates and session history are all managed from the account settings page after login. Your full deposit and withdrawal history — including every Rocket and Bank Transfer transaction with timestamps and reference numbers — is available in the transaction history tab without needing to request it from support.

What We Keep Consistent Across Every Session on 7c779

Account reliability at 7c779 is built around a few things we keep consistent regardless of which game category you are in or which device you are using.

• Wallet Accuracy

Your wallet balance reflects settled transactions in real time. After a Rocket deposit clears or a game round completes, the updated balance appears in the account header and the cashier simultaneously. If a discrepancy appears between what you expect and what the wallet shows, the transaction history in your account dashboard holds the full record with timestamps for every credit and debit.

• Consistent Cashier Experience

The cashier interface for Rocket and Bank Transfer is the same across all devices and account states. You follow the same field sequence whether you are depositing for the first time or the fiftieth.

• Verified Game Studios Only

Every game in the lobby comes from one of the six studios assigned to this platform. No third-party or unverified content is mixed into the catalogue.

• Region-Honest Access

If a game, payment method or lobby section is not available for your account region, the platform shows that clearly rather than loading an error or an empty screen.
